Hume City have added Kofi Danning to their list of signings for the 2016 NPL Victoria season.
The 24-year-old joins from Oakleigh Cannons after being recruited to Jack Edwards Reserve mid-season.
He helped the Cannons to its quarter final FFA Cup finish, ironically losing against Hume City at his new home base.
Previously, Danning was at Brisbane Roar, scoring two goals in 19 games over two stints.
A short spell at second division Belgian club C.S Vise featured in between, where he made only four appearances.
He has also featured at Sydney FC, scoring three goals in 22 games.
The Ghanian-born Australian youth international trialled with Newcastle Jets in the off-season, but wasn’t offered another A-League deal.
He joins fellow Canberra-raised product, Ivan Pavlak, at the club.
Hume have now made seven new signings, with Jeremy Walker, Kym Harris (Adelaide Blue Eagles), Michael Trigger (Ballarat Red Devils), Tom Cahill (Richmond SC), Daniel Visevic (Bentleigh Greens) and Fraser Chalmers (Brisbane Strikers) joining, while Marcus Schroen has departed to South Melbourne.
