Whittlesea Ranges have continued their active spell in the transfer window following the additions of midfielder Andrew Milicevic and teenage forward Tom Barforosh while Moreland City welcome defender Jordan Seeto to the club.

21-year-old Milicevic moves to Epping Stadium, having spent the first half of the campaign with the St Albans Saints where he made 10 league appearances.

A Richmond junior, he spent his formative years in Croatia, where he was on the books of Dalmatian powerhouse Hajduk Split, featuring in the club’s youth set-up.

He then moved further north to the capital Zagreb, where he played for Radnik Sesvete, the feeder club for the 11-time reigning Croatian league champions Dinamo Zagreb.

A return to Melbourne in 2013 saw him join the Port Melbourne, featuring 45 times for the Sharks under Eric Vassiliadis, scoring three goals in the process.

The central midfielder made the move to Churchill Reserve over the summer and made 10 league appearances in total for Dinamo before his departure this week.

18-year-old Barforosh moves to the Ranges having spent the last year and a half at Melbourne City after initially making his senior debut for Brunswick City in 2014.

The pair join Nick Tzoulis (Northcote City) and Tedros Yabio (St Albans Saints) as new Ranges signings, with Vinko Buljubasic’s side looking to continue their promotion charge in NPL2 West.

All four could feature today when the Ranges host Dandenong Thunder as they look to be the first side to take points off the NPL2 East table-toppers in a fixture that also sees the league’s top two marksman in Atilla Ofli and Brandon Barnes face-off against one another.

Meanwhile at Campbell Reserve, Moreland City have secured the signature of Richmond defender Seeto, who ends his year-long stay at Kevin Bartlett Reserve.

Originally from Brisbane, the versatile defender has spent time overseas in the United States college system with Otero Junior College in Colorado.

He moved to Victoria at the beginning of 2015 and plied his trade with Bendigo City before joining Richmond, featuring on 26 league occasions including a starting role in their 2-1 victory over the Bulleen Lions in the NPL1 Championship play-off.

The 23-year-old is the second addition to Adam Mather’s squad, which has also been bolstered by the signing of Scotsman Andrew Doig, who moves from State League Two outfit Doncaster Rovers.

Former Hume City junior and right back Emin Sele has also been promoted to Moreland City’s senior roster from the youths.

The former Kingston City captain, along with Seeto will both have an opportunity to make their debut for their new employers when Moreland visit Doig’s former side tonight with kick-off at The Grange Reserve scheduled for 7pm.
