It was an action packed week of FFA Cup action. Bentleigh Greens were the big NPL casualty, losing 4-3 to Ballarat, while Green Gully also saw defeat against an NPL 1 opponent in Kingston City. South Springvale are on the verge of another fairytale run, after knocking out Box Hill, while State 2 side Essendon had arguably the biggest upset of the round, knocking out Moreland Zebras who sit two divisions above them in NPL 1.
