Hume City Goalkeeper Chris Oldfield has featured in a trial game for Central Coast Mariners against Melbourne Victory today at AAMI Park.
The 24-year-old former Liverpool youth product came on in the 64th minute with Central Coast 3-0 down, and did not concede a goal.

The 2014 NPL Victoria Goalkeeper of the Year’s trial comes after fellow NPL player Dan Heffernan signed for the Mariners from Heidelberg United after scoring a hat trick on trial, though the striker did not feature in this contest.
It was the second time the City custodian faced Victory in less than a week, following a 4-3 defeat against the A-League champions at ABD Stadium last Wednesday.

Oldfield is expected to return to Hume City to contest the club’s FFA quarter final clash against Oakleigh Cannons.
The custodian has played 97 games for the club since 2012, including 28 this season.
Central Coast currently have two keepers – Liam Reddy and Paul Izzo – on their books.
Former Victory attacker Andrew Nabbout also featured for the visitors in the game played behind closed doors.
